Last updated: August 20, 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the InvoiceBud website at invoicebud.ca (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. Please also read our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle information.
About InvoiceBud
InvoiceBud is desktop software that turns scanned backhauls into invoices and runs on your own computer. This Site describes the software and lets you contact us or request a quote. Your use of the InvoiceBud software itself is governed by the separate agreement provided with the software when you obtain it. If that agreement and these Terms disagree about the software, the software agreement applies to the software.

You agree to use the Site lawfully. You agree not to:
- interfere with or disrupt the Site or its security;
- try to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems;
- copy, scrape, or harvest content or data from the Site by automated means; or
- use the Site to send unlawful, harmful, or misleading content.
We may suspend or limit access to the Site at any time if we reasonably believe it is being misused.

Nothing on the Site is a binding offer or a guarantee of a particular result.
No warranties
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, InvoiceBud will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
